Shipping
All products available at LitorAlma are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Brazil, Sweden and Asia to the address provided at checkout.
Orders may take up to 7 days to be processed, and once processing is complete, they may take up to 7 additional days to be dispatched.
Our estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days after dispatch.
In certain cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional days due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays, strikes, public holidays or periods of high demand within the UK postal system (Royal Mail or local delivery partners). Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of the postal service in each region.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and the order has not been received, we will contact the parties involved in the shipping process (carriers, customs and postal services) to locate your parcel. If the order is not delivered within 60 days, we will issue a FULL refund.
Despite the extended delivery timeframe, we’re confident you’ll love your pieces and that they’ll be worth the wait. And if you don’t love them when they arrive, we also offer a return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your items may be shipped from different suppliers. If you receive one item before another, rest assured — this is completely normal.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched internationally, you will receive a tracking number via the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
After dispatch, it may take up to 10 days for the tracking code to become active and display movement updates.
IMPORTANT – General Conditions
Delivery Not Completed – Incorrect Address or No One Available to Receive the Parcel
LitorAlma ships orders based strictly on the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that all address details are entered correctly and in full, as our system processes orders automatically. We are not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
It is important to ensure that delivery can be completed at the registered address. After three delivery attempts, if the parcel cannot be delivered, it may be held at a local Royal Mail depot or delivery partner facility for collection.
All delivery attempts and collection details will be available via the tracking link provided.
If the parcel is not collected within 7 calendar days, storage fees may apply.
If the parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender in accordance with Royal Mail or carrier policy, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost, even in cases where the original order included free shipping. This is due to shipping costs incurred both on dispatch and return.
In some areas, home delivery may not be available, requiring collection from a local depot. In such cases, the correct collection point will be indicated in the tracking information.
Recipient Unavailable
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Delivery services typically make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at a local depot, and the recipient will be required to collect it within 7 calendar days.
