At LitorAlma, every piece of jewellery is designed to withstand the most intense adventures of your everyday life.

With this in mind, we choose to use 316L stainless steel (the same material used in surgical instruments) and apply a PVD plating process — an ultra-resistant coating technology.

This combination guarantees:

  • Resistance to salt water, pool chlorine and sweat

  • Protection against corrosion, even in humid environments


1. Lifetime Guarantee Against Darkening and Green Marks

We guarantee that your jewellery will never darken or turn green. This lifetime guarantee reflects our commitment to the long-lasting quality of our pieces.


2. 15-Day Guarantee for Stones and Components

You have 15 days to request an exchange if stones or components come loose without external interference.

This guarantee covers:

  • Loss of manually set stones

  • Clasps or chains with manufacturing defects

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts or improper use

  • Stones broken due to impact


3. Warranty Exclusions

To ensure full transparency, we do not cover:

  • Physical damage (such as dents, scratches, breakage or snapped pieces)

  • Jewellery damaged by improper use

  • Loss or theft of the piece

  • Any modifications made to the jewellery

  • Wear caused by contact with acids or chemical products (e.g. nail polish remover, bleach)


4. Timeframe to Report Visible Defects

The right to report visible or easily identifiable defects is valid for up to 30 days after receiving the pieces. After this period, claims related to manufacturing defects will no longer be accepted.


5. How to Activate Your Guarantee

Please send an email to support@litoralma.com within 48 hours of identifying the issue.

In your email, please include:

  • Customer name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short video (if necessary)

  • A brief description

Once we receive your request, our team will review the case and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, you will receive:

  • An exchange for an identical piece, or

  • Store credit for a new purchase (if the model is out of stock)
